The motor is thermally protected and permanently lubricated, further contributing to the fan's reliable operation.

With product dimensions of 15" x 8" x 15", this attic fan is engineered to effectively cool up to 1600 square feet of attic space. Its powerful 1220 CFM (cubic feet per minute) air movement is driven by a 1/8 HP motor with 1220 RPM, delivering efficient and effective cooling.

For easy installation, the fan comes with mounting brackets and can be installed behind shutters to provide better protection from rain. The shutters, however, are sold separately.
